Sudurpaschim Province Office of Nepal Insurance Authority Office is located at Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city ward number-1, Nainadevimarga, Kailali. It is in operation since 2079 Asar 01 (15th June 2022) which was formally inaugurated on 2079 Ashoj 07 (23rd September 2022). Its main activities include: (1) inspection and supervision of provincial offices, branch offices and extension counters of insurance companies and insurance intermediaries in the Sudurpaschim province, (2) to carry out the insurance promotional activities including coordination with provincial government and local government, (3) registering the complaints filed against the insurer and grievance handling. In carrying out its activities, the office is coordinating with various governmental and non-governmental organizations and stakeholders.
